A life-long learner, she obtained her dual Masters Degree, Masters of Science in Nursing and Masters of Business Administration with a focus in healthcare leadership, from Our Lady the College of the Elms in 2017. Later that year, she left Hartford Hospital to pursue her passion to be a nurse manager. Scarlette left Baystate Health at the end of 2018 to pursue an opportunity with Boston Children’s Hospital in 2019. She got married, and went back to school (yes, again!) for her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus in healthcare systems and innovative leadership, when she graduated in 2021. In 2022 her and her husband welcomed their son, and in early 2024, their daughter. In their non-working time, Scarlette and her family are avid outdoor enthusiasts.
She has extensive experience with protocol writing, revision, process development, and process improvement. analyzing reports and report writing for pediatricians
